About
I wanted to be an Accountant since High School. I had the BEST bookkeeping teacher and just LOVED the year-end project of getting all the manual (paper) journals to tie out. Actually, even as a kid, I liked to be organized and play "school". I went off to college wanting to declare my major -day one- in "Accounting". I graduated with a double major in Accounting and Economics.
I spent the next two years working as an auditor and became a CPA. Then, I worked as a Controller for a couple of businesses. I also started my own business, Better Bookkeeping, doing taxes and bookkeeping. I still have this business today, but wanted to do more analyzing and help businesses plan for their future. I want to
P.S. I worked many a tax season for CPA firms over the years. Now, I have my own CPA firm helping businesses create a budget, prepare a forecast and review their performance regularly. I can help with your cash flow management and tax planning. I LOVE working with new, small businesses; I can set you up with an accounting system that works for your business.
